The Watchdog program exists to monitor grant recipients and investigate cases where milestones, reporting or use of funds raise concerns.

Voting remains active through September 23, which means the DAO has not yet conclusively imposed the bans.
That matters because governance headlines can easily outrun the actual state of a vote.
